Powers: Vice posses the ability to read and manipulate information without a conventional computer interface and has a physiological connection to surrounding information sources (such as radio waves, electronic signals, hard drives, etc.) He also acts as a living anti-surveillance device; cameras and recording devices fail to operate when in proximity to his person.

History: Esau Miguel de Noel Olaguez Herrera was born and raised in the rougher parts of Phoenix, Arizona. Kept in a constant state of poverty, Esau made it his mission to eventually make it out of the barrio. His opportunity came with the mass availability of technology and the advent of the internet, when his powers first surfaced. At first overwhelmed, Esau soon adapted, honing his abilities and making himself of use.

For a time, Esau was a member of the Central Intelligence Agency, where he excelled in computer technology, language arts, and cryptology. However, he grew tired of this life, and went completely off the grid, adopting his current name and the handle "Vice".

Esau now works as a freelance agent, hacker, and information broker, selling his services to the highest bidder.

Personality: Esau possesses an enormous superiority complex, which developed a more pessimistic side of him. More to come later.
